Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

• All bookings are subject to availability. The voucher is available for use towards the specified 'An evening with' event on Friday 21st November only, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be partially redeemed. Vouchers are valid until the date shown below and are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase date. 
• Please note physical voucher is not required upon arrival, however may be requested to present unique voucher code prior to the event.
• Please note that once this voucher is purchased, you are automatically booked onto the event on Friday 21st November. There is no need to contact the Hotel to redeem.
• Please note all tickets are both non-refundable and non-transferrable. This voucher is only redeemable against the specific event on Friday 21st November. 
• Should you have any specific requirements regarding your booking, please contact [email protected] within at least a week prior to the evening.
• Please expect a full itinerary email at least a week prior to the evening.
• Events are always subject to change. It is the purchasers responsibility to check whether the date or time of the event has been altered.
• Please ensure correct ticket is purchased, as you may be subject to a supplement fee on the day. Please note Challenge 25 is in operation in this venue.

TICKETS & SEATING

• Any requests can also be directed to [email protected] and although we cannot guarantee a request we will do our best to accommodate.
• If multiple tickets are purchased, you will be sat with the lower tier ticket. i.e if a Platinum ticket & Gold ticket is purchased, they will be seated separately, if a request is received to sit together, they will be seated on the Gold ticket table.

ACCOMMODATION:

*The Ultimate Weekender includes 2 nights accommodation and and optional 3rd night on us- The third night holds no cash value and cannot be transferred or used to provide discount should the purchaser choose not to redeem this element.
